Dr. J.W. Bancroft, DDS is the namesake behind Bancroft Digital. After serving in the military during WW1, he married, began a family, and established a successful dental practice in Illinois. His spirit of public service, family, and entrepreneurship became the inspiration to his great-granddaughter and our founder, Elizabeth.
After launching and building a solid career foundation with Fortune 1000 companies, our founder realized there was potential to deliver more value at scale. She wanted to bring unwavering data quality standards, a knack for superior client service, and the ability to achieve a company’s goals and make a more substantial impact in the world. From there, she struck out on a mission to become established as a trusted consultant in the closely knit digital analysis realm.
In 2011, Bancroft Digital was founded under the original moniker of Smalls Analytics — an ode to Elizabeth “Smalls” Eckels' recognizable petite stature. Since then, we have grown organically into a more robust digital analytics agency with a powerhouse team of expert analysts and data architects. We bring a depth of know-how from technology, retail, and healthcare industries and strive to learn & develop our skills every day.
